Madiha Madhioub, Esq., is an associate in the Personal Injury Department at Georgaklis & Mallas.
Madhioub received her Juris Doctor Degree from University of Carthage in Tunisia in 2014 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she earned the award for "Distinguished Performance in the LL.M. Program." Ms. Madhioub is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Prior to her admission, Ms. Madhioub has worked as a law clerk at multiple law firms specializing in Personal Injury Litigation, as well as Family Law, Matrimonial Law, and Immigration Law.
At Georgaklis & Mallas, she represents plaintiffs in general negligence matters, advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, trip/slip-and-fall accidents, construction accidents, and as a result of medical malpractice.
Ms. Madhioub is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
