Today, many people enjoy bicycling as a hobby, form of exercise, or use cycling as a method of transportation. However, as the weather begins to change, it is important to make sure that you are prepared for freezing temperatures and icy road conditions. One of the biggest concerns for winter cyclists is the lack of visibility due to rain, sleet, or snow, which may result in a deadly collision with an automobile driver. To help avoid a bike accident or serious injury, it is important to be equipped with the proper protective gear such as goggles, gloves, and warm clothing.
