Kevin S. Johnson, Esq. received a B.S. degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 2004 and a J.D. degree from New York Law School in 2011. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2013.
Beginning in the summer of his 2L year and continuing through graduation, Mr. Johnson worked with the Legal Aid Society representing indigent clients facing charges before the criminal courts of New York State and under the supervision of the New York State Division of Parole.
Since being admitted, Mr. Johnson has practiced at the trial level of the New York State Supreme Court in the various counties of New York City as well as Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. As a member of the personal injury department, Mr. Johnson represent clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and construction accidents.
